Brunner GmbH, Germany (Spandex worldwide): “FESPA Digital Germany provides the perfect platform to showcase our end-to-end solutions, reinforcing our position as a provider of multi-brand solutions that increase the capabilities and enhance the service offering of digital print and sign making businesses. Discussions with customers will take centre stage at the event, with visitors being able to benefit from clear and hands-on advice on how to exploit new revenue-making opportunities and high value, high profit applications.”

Leading Suppliers Zone

As one of Europe's leading suppliers of the biggest brand-name range in the industry, the key objective is to demonstrate how Spandex adds value to signmaking and digital printing businesses by offering a total solutions package from a number of leading suppliers to the industry. Within this Zone, leading brands such as Avery, 3M, Orafol, Mactac and ImagePerfect™, Spandex’s own range of digital and signage materials, have their own display with the latest additions to their portfolio.

Textile & Soft Signage Application Zone

The trend towards textile substrates for a range of sign and graphics applications is in evidence throughout this Zone. It shows visitors how to make the most of their existing equipment by offering new soft signage applications and complete, stylish solutions to their own customers.

Spandex shows different ways of mounting prints, providing visitors with ideas on how to deliver complete solutions. For example, textile prints will be displayed with user-friendly mounting frame systems from Kunstdünger and Labate. The systems on display include the robust and durable Monsterframe suitable for large building advertising and promotional displays; Angelframe, a frameless structure that holds banners and materials; the Pixfix invisible wall mounting system; Lumo, a flat light panel with high quality LEDs; the versatile mounting system Clamper as well as a mounting frame from Labate.

Low Investment – High Profit Application Zone

This Zone features equipment designed to help customers identify new business applications and to develop their range of services. Visitors to the Spandex stand are able to experience the Mimaki UJF3042 desktop-size UV LED inkjet printer. At the show, this printer is personalising a number of short-run gadgets such as pens to demonstrate its versatility and efficiency.

Also on display in this Zone will be a Gerber Edge thermal transfer printer with an Envision cutting plotter. Spandex will be demonstrating a vast array of revenue-making non-inkjet applications printed with the Gerber Edge including silver, photo-luminescent, barcodes, whites on colour and many more. Its diversity allows users to print directly onto a range of specialty materials, making it ideal for indoor and outdoor marking and signage. A heat press in this Zone will be used to print on T-shirts and textiles with a wide variety of TransFlex and TransFlock materials.

Other highlights include a Mimaki CJV 60-130, an Epson GS6000 as well as the Mutoh ValueJet 1614 with the new MS Ultra Mild-Solvent inks. The new Mutoh MS Ultra inks provide users with wider media compatibility across the broadest range of self adhesives and other flexible substrates. Resulting in higher image quality and printer reliability, the inks ensure uninterrupted printing for extended production runs while delivering excellent colour gamut.

Designed to provide visitors with new ideas on how to enhance their service offering, an eye-catching material gallery will demonstrate a range of innovative material applications from different manufacturers.

Visitors to the Spandex stand will also be able to get advice from a specialist team on accessories, banner processing and T-Shirt printing as well as invaluable tips and tricks on everything to do with advertising systems, digital print and signage applications.

Anyone pre-registering to visit the Spandex stand via www.brunner-folien.de or www.spandex.com/de will be entitled to pick up a free ‘Vehicle Outline’ DVD worth €150.00 when visiting the company’s stand at FESPA Digital.
