Hp Viscom Dusseldorf

HP announced today that it will showcase key products from its wide and super-wide format digital inkjet portfolio at Viscom Düsseldorf, Hall 21 Stand 8A, 13-15 October 2011.

HP's impressive product display is designed to broaden application capabilities and increase the revenue-enhancing potential for print service providers. Highlighting the continued importance of its latex printing solutions, HP's line-up will be spearheaded by the recently introduced HP Scitex LX850 Printer and the established and proven HP Designjet L25500 Printer.

The 3.2m HP Scitex LX850 Printer delivers maximum versatility and productivity with multiple workflow features, including dual-roll, roll-to-free fall and roll-to-collector handling and an ink collector. Both printers run water-based HP Latex Inks to limit the impact on the environment and help customers increase their sustainability.

HP's stand will focus particularly on the variety of projects achievable using its wide format printing technologies, which embrace myriad applications from interior decoration and POS/POP signage, to vehicle wraps and advertising billboards.

Many of these graphic arts projects are enabled by the robust and reliable flatbed HP Scitex FB500 Printer, which will also be exhibited in Düsseldorf. Offering 1.63m-wide printing at speeds of up to 37m2/hr, the printer increases application versatility by printing to a wide range of rigid and flexible media and offers output-enriching matt/gloss finishes, as well as optional white ink.

Completing the line-up will be the HP Designjet Z6200 Photo Printer, which uses HP Vivid Photo Inks to deliver high-quality output and high speeds. Designed for photo labs, digital print shops, advertising agencies, design firms and commercial printers, the HP Designjet Z6200 Photo Printer series delivers photo-quality prints at 2,400dpi and versatility for indoor applications from line drawings to photographic output to signage.
