MTEX 500C LFR

Digital textile printer manufacturer MTEX Solutions has announced the design of its stand at FESPA 2015 and detailed the products and solutions it will be showcasing in Cologne between 18th and 22nd May.  Products on demonstration will offer solutions for any company interested in digital textile print.

The stand is designed to show the two faces of the growing textiles industry.  One side will contain products aimed at the growing flag, sign and display market; the other side will showcase solutions for the lucrative apparel, fashion and traditional textiles industry. The stand itself will feature two huge LED screens, showing dynamic videos on digital textile print solutions and visitors can gain access to further information by speaking with a member of MTEX staff in six languages including French, German, English, Portuguese and Spanish, Polish and Arabic.

Signs and graphics direct-to-textile solutions

On the display graphics side of the booth, visitors will see the benefits of a one-footprint, inline print and heat fix solution in the award winning MTEX 5032 Pro.

MTEX will be also be showcasing - for the first time ever - a new high speed version, the MTEX 5032HS, as well as a brand new model that is being kept under wraps until the first day of the show aimed at signmakers and display graphic companies wanting to enter the market with a low-cost solution.

There will be lots to see on this side of the booth for signmakers, graphic display professionals, exhibition display makers, soft signage resellers and more.

“Micro-industry” digital textile print solution for the apparel and textiles market

On the other side of their exhibition stand, MTEX will be showcasing a complete fabric printing solution that it is calling a “micro digital textile industry”.

This includes digitally printing onto natural fabrics using reactive dyes with the MTEX 500C and stretch fabrics with the award-winning MTEX Vision, alongside the MTEX Steamer for finishing and fixing the printed reactive dyes.

For companies visiting the show that are already working in the traditional textiles industry, they will know how difficult it is to create small and short run digital print efficiently and as cost effectively as with traditional methods.

Now, uniquely under the one brand of MTEX, textile companies can adopt digital technology into their existing businesses and be able to offer their customers a more bespoke printing solution for seasonal and custom collections and prototyping garments and fabrics.

Eloi Ferreira, CEO of MTEX comments: “This FESPA we will have an amazing range of direct-to-textile printing machines. Powered by Mimaki, and built to industrial standards in our manufacturing facility in Europe, the MTEX family of printers and textile finishing equipment is unique to both the sign and textile industries. No other company offers this much choice when it comes to digital textile printing - a fact that keeps us inventing, moving forward and innovating to bring digital to the fore and offer the customer the best choice in the market. Our machines are precision engineered and backed by local service and support with trained engineers, direct from the manufacturer.”
