HEXIS UK will be showcasing a wide range of new products from its four key divisions – sign, digital, automotive and textile - at Sign & Digital UK 2016.
Sign: Go Green with HEXIS!
HEXIS UK Ltd. will be promoting its recently announced range of PVC-free A5000 Series films at Sign & Digital, as well as distributing the accompanying new brochure. This high-performance next-generation 60µm high gloss cast polyurethane film is perfectly suited for outdoor signage applications and can be applied on a wide variety of flat, concave or convex surfaces.
PVC and phthalate-free, HEXIS A5000 Smartac Evolution also offers easy weeding down to 3mm. Thanks to its green credentials, it is suitable for use in and around schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, councils, museums, children’s play areas and more.
The company will also be highlighting its new cast film ranges: Castac KG10000 and Smartac KG8000, with more than 250 colour options between them.
In another explosion of colour, HEXIS will be showcasing its SUPTAC premium opaque European-grade 100% polymeric PVC vinyl with a very high gloss finish and over 100 colours to choose from. It can be used for a wide gamut of signage applications including slightly complex, curved and flat surfaces for signage, shop windows and more.
HEXIS will also have its Ecotac E3000 series – which includes 70 colours in both gloss and matt finishes – on show at the event.
The digital division will be promoting the recently announced PVC-free HX500WG2 and HXL300WG2 films at the show. HEXIS HX500WG2 is a next-generation 50µm cast polyurethane high gloss film designed specifically for the ‘greener’ wrapping of vehicles. It is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV-curable inks and offers enhanced printing properties including better ink diffusion, optimised ink consumption and ink savings, thereby reducing overall ink costs.
HEXIS HXL300WG2 is a next-generation, very high gloss 100µm cast latex film for flat and slightly curved surfaces. This durable film is suitable for billboards, hoardings, posters, wall and vehicle graphics. As with the HEXIS HX500WG2 film, HEXIS HXL300WG2 is compatible with eco-solvent, latex and UV-curable inks, and offers enhanced printing properties. It also benefits from HEXIS HEX’Press grey solvent adhesive technology for ease of application.
HEXIS’s automotive division will be highlighting its Super Chrome HX30000 vehicle wrap. Currently available in seven colours – red, purple, green, blue, titanium, silver and gold – with four more colours being introduced this spring, this 90µm high performance film has a high gloss surface finish with a mirror effect and has been specifically developed for stunning temporary vehicle wrapping applications.
Skintac HX30000 and Skintac HX20000 Series films – with the largest colour selection in the market – will also be on display, alongside HEXIS Bodyfence. HEXIS Bodyfence is a 155µm ultra-clear self-adhesive polyurethane film with advanced surface technology, specifically designed for the protection of vehicle bodies. With outstanding impact and shock-proofing properties, it protects vehicle paint from chipping, scratches and minor dents, as well as insects, UV rays, car wash brushes and much more.
Textile Print and Promotion
HEXIS will have its new HEXIS Cutflex 100P series colour cards for promotion at Sign & Digital along with the PoliFLEX Premium, Image and Tubitherm Flock colour cards.
The company will also have a Secabo TC7 heat press for demonstration purposes and will be pressing T-shirts during the show for giveaways.
