Xaar plc is pleased to announce the acquisition of Engineered Printing Solutions (“EPS”), a leading provider of product printing equipment in North America.

As chairman of the Executive Board and representative of the Bosman family, Herman Bosman decided to pass his duties as CEO of Grafityp Selfadhesive Products on to Philip Lewandowski.

As of the 23rd of June 2016, all new TrueVIS VG-640 and VG-540 machines can be shipped with configuration for White ink.
