Large Format Review (LFR) is delighted to announce the launch of a large-scale survey, capturing the opinions from professionals across the print, sign and display markets.

Set to be the largest-ever user survey in the sign and display print industry, more than 200,000 people working in the UK, Europe and the US will be invited by LFR to complete the survey and offer their thoughts on the market’s key talking points.

Those taking part will be invited to respond to 30 questions, each of which relates to stand-out topics in the industry, spanning areas including diversification, new investment, sustainability and general market optimism moving forward.

The survey will take between 8 to 12 minutes to complete, with all participants receiving a free analysed copy of the results to gain insight into the wider market’s opinion on these issues.

Questions range from more generic talking points such as what type of work brings in the most revenue for businesses to more focused areas including which manufacturers they think are leading the way with innovation. It also looks at how AI will impact the sector.

“It only took me 10 minutes and, considering the efficiency in which the survey could be completed, it was detailed and took an in-depth view of the industry.
“I look forward to seeing the overall results and understanding whether our challenges and experiences match those of others.”
Jenny Hodson, Director at GH Display

“You’ll be able to gather valuable information about what your peers are currently thinking, what they are already doing and what they are planning for the future,” said Marc Burnett, Owner of LFR. “Of course, that allows you to compare your thoughts with theirs, spot emerging trends, and ensure no opportunity goes overlooked.”

Crucially, the results of the survey will also be shared with manufacturers of print hardware, software and materials, with the data set to help shape their own strategies and future R&D plans.

“Manufacturers can only gather so much information themselves; what they really need is the opinion of the wider market,” Marc said. “This survey will deliver highly important data that they can then analyse, compare to their own strategies, and establish how they might need to adapt or pivot their businesses in order to meet future customer demand.

“We hope our survey will prove interesting to complete, and that it generates thought-provoking results; results that we are looking forward to sharing with you as a thank you for your time and participation.
