The award-winning Augusta F150R Pro is an advanced hybrid CNC routing and cutting system engineered for exceptional precision, speed, and versatility across industrial applications. It delivers cutting speeds of up to 3,150 Inches Per Minute (which is an amazing 6.56 FEET Per Second) with 1.3G acceleration, ensuring maximum throughput. Built on a robust steel frame for outstanding rigidity and stability, it incorporates a helical-tooth rack & pinion system that ensures smooth and accurate movement along the X, Y, and Z axes. Additionally, dual brushless motors on the X-axis provide high-speed operation without sacrificing accuracy or finish quality.
Designed to handle a wide range of materials—including acrylic, cardboard, PVC, polyurethane foam, Alucobond, leather, and wood—the Augusta F150R Pro offers modular, combinable operating units to adapt seamlessly to diverse production needs. Its patented Auto Stud Welding (ASW) system transforms the F150R Pro into a fully automated, single-machine solution for both routing and hardware mounting. ASW delivers unmatched precision and automation, using the same file to control both the CNC routing and the exact positioning of studs needed to secure the finished product—eliminating any need for manual repositioning.
The AFT unit enables fixed or oscillating blade operation with automatic tool changes, while the AFL unit uses advanced algorithms for transversal, longitudinal, and 45° folding cuts. The Matrix unit accommodates up to eight cutting and creasing tools for maximum flexibility, and the high-speed electro-spindle operates at up to 40,000 RPM.
