UFABRIK has announced the appointment of Comimpex Printas its new distributor for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, extending access to UFABRIK’s wide and super-wide digital textile portfolio in the region.
Based in Brno and in operation since 2013, Comimpex Print supplies professional printing technologies, materials, and service solutions for companies working in advertising, sign making, exhibition design, interior printing and industrial production. Specialising in wide and super-wide printing and finishing, the company supports customers with technology selection, materials guidance, training, and both warranty and post-warranty service.
Comimpex Print’s technology portfolio includes leading global brands such as EFI, MUTOH, Summa, Brother, STS, and Hexis. In addition to printing and finishing it also supplies inks and consumables. Its materials and applications range includes banners, films, paper, wallpapers, textiles, wrapping films, BODYFENCE protective PPF films, and HEXIS PURE ZONE antibacterial films.
The new distribution agreement will introduce the UFABRIK range to customers looking for stable, cost-effective materials designed for modern textile display needs – particularly blockout and backlit applications used in exhibition stands, LED frames, and SEG systems, where demand continues to grow throughout the region.
COMIMPEX PRINT has been tracking the UFABRIK range for more than three years, first encountering UFABRIK backlit material at a trade show demonstration for EFI FabriVU 340i plus technology. As a supplier of EFI systems, COMIMPEX PRINT values the reassurance that UFABRIK materials are tested on premium printer brands including EFI, and that compatibility has been confirmed.
The opportunity to partner with the textile brand was presented by Monica Mourao, European Sales Director at UFABRIK, with whom COMIMPEX PRINT has an established business relationship.

The partnership also strengthens COMIMPEX PRINT’s ability to meet customer demand for a broader selection of textile materials that offer more accessible price points and expands options for direct and transfer sublimation workflows.
