Digital 23 has joined Innotech’s Big Print Network, building on a five-year relationship centred on service, trust and growth.

Digital 23 has joined The Big Print Network (TBPN), Innotech’s ambassador programme for wide and grand-format print businesses. The large format specialist, which produces exhibition graphics, fabric prints, signage and museum displays for clients across the UK, has worked with Innotech for around five years. The company is the latest to sign up to the programme, which gives print businesses early access to new products, exclusive promotions, VIP event invitations, and dedicated marketing support, while also helping promote Innotech materials to their own customers.

For Digital 23, the move is a logical extension of a relationship that has grown steadily over many years. Studio Manager Calvin Hedley says the decision to join was a simple one for a business that is always looking for ways to put itself in front of more potential customers.

The connection between Digital 23 and Innotech began with a visit from regional sales manager Mark Dallas and grew from there. Calvin explains, “We were initially impressed with Innotech’s range of products and started slowly with a few bits of hardware and soon moved onto fabric purchases. We liked working with the Innotech team because the support was really good, and we still get that, both from Mark and from the office team.”

That track record made the next step an easy one. “We’re always looking for ways to maximise our exposure as a company, and The Big Print Network seemed like an obvious choice,” Calvin says.

Asked what Digital 23 will bring to the network, Calvin’s answer is to the point. “Charm and panache!” He adds, “With all seriousness, we are confident that the increased exposure will lead to greater sales, and that will benefit both companies.”

Supporting customers beyond the next order

That kind of mutual benefit sits at the heart of what Innotech wants TBPN to deliver. Kieran Dallow, Head of Customer Experience and Marketing at Innotech, says, “The Big Print Network isn’t about spend or scale. It’s about partnership. Our members are businesses we trust, businesses that share our values around quality, service and innovation. We want to give them something back, beyond the next order, and we want to learn from how they work with our products in the field.”

After five years on the receiving end of that approach, Digital 23 knows what makes the relationship tick. To sum up the biggest benefit of working with Innotech, Calvin says simply, “Great service.”
