Complete CNC Solutions, the south-west England based distributor of Protek and Tekcel digital cutters and production routing systems, has relocated to a new, larger facility.

The new facility is on the same industrial estate as the company’s previous HQ, but has much more space. The move has been prompted by Complete CNC Solutions’ recent growth in both router and digital cutter unit sales and in growth in the size of the sales and support team it now has to house.

In the past year, Complete CNC Solution has added more to the Protek line of digital cutters and production routers product line. In addition to systems targeted at the signing and allied industries, Protek also offers systems used in construction and engineering which means that Complete CNC Solutions needed more display space and bigger demonstration facilities.

The new product line also put available space for the company’s inventory of stock systems under pressure and more space was needed as a consequence to store system for planned installations and even system orders that arrive out of the blue.

Complete CNC Solutions’ expansion behind the Protek Unico line into digital cutters required its share of demonstration space too. The systems cover the functional need of both print finishing hardware and production routers. Demonstrating this versatile footprint requires the newly available space that Complete CNC Solutions now has at its disposal.

The company plans to put applications centre-stage in its new demonstration facility. Now that more space is available for the purpose, larger demonstration props detailing production and construction techniques applicable to signing and print-finishing in particular can be manufactured and put on permanent display. Potential customers will be able to gain valuable insights into new fabrication methods and understand how they benefit the end use and manufacturer alike.

In addition, Complete CNC Solutions will offer greatly enhanced application development consulting to clients who have a particular manufacturing challenge to meet. When the solution needed simply isn’t available “in the shops,” Complete CNC Solutions will direct its experience toward developing what’s required in consultation with its customers.

Complete CNC Solutions is now comfortably established in its new HQ but admits that getting there didn’t quite work out the way the script intended. The new premises were scheduled for occupation about ten months hence but the current rate of growth bought the decision and the date forward.

Julian Sage, Complete CNC Solutions’ MD comments: “I’m delighted that we’re now settled in our new home and that we can continue to offer our customers the service standards they’re accustomed to. In terms of the future, I couldn’t be more excited. Our new Protek line is opening new doors for us and the fact that the market can now have a digital cutter that’ll outperform most production routers is really generating a lot of interest. Our partners have been wonderful in working through the move with us and I’m looking forward to the future with great confidence.”
