Both completed HP’s intensive 5-day professional training program held in Barcelona.
Over the course of the week-long training at HP’s headquarters, Carl and Cole immersed themselves in HP’s advanced Latex print technologies. The programme covered a full spectrum of critical competencies, including:
- In‑depth mechanical and electronic system setup
- Calibration and maintenance of HP Latex printheads
- Media handling techniques for optimised output quality
- Firmware upgrades and diagnostics for seamless operation
- Adherence to HP’s highest safety and environmental standards
Their successful certification underscores Pyramid Display Materials’ unwavering commitment to best-in-class service and technical excellence. Carl and Cole are now authorised to deliver full-scale installation, commissioning, and after-sales support services for HP Latex roll-fed printers across the UK.
