At the upcoming 2020 PSI Show, Inkcups will present versatile digital and analog printing solutions for promotional products.
The leading European trade show for the promotional products industry will take place from January 7 to 9, 2020 at the Messe Dusseldorf Exhibition Center in Germany. As part of a drive to further strengthen its presence in the European market, 2020 will be the fourth year running that Inkcups will exhibit at the PSI Show. Its team of service technicians is simultaneously being expanded in Germany as activities in Europe are growing.
At the company’s Stand K01 in Hall 11, visitors will be able to witness advanced solutions for printing directly on promotional products. Compared to other print methods like screen or sublimation, Inkcups technologies are more sustainable and make more economical use of resources.
Among the Inkcups exhibits in Dusseldorf will be two high performance, industrial digital inkjet systems for 360-degree printing on cylindrical (straight-walled) and tapered objects made from plastic, metal, glass and other materials: the Helix and the X360. Both systems work with UV LED-curable inks and feature a tilt system for adjusting the angle when printing on conical items. These inkjet systems from Inkcups are perfect for tumblers, plastic or metal beakers, glass and plastic bottles, candle holders, vases, and much more.
The X5 is a flatbed UV inkjet system for full-color printing on objects up to 152 mm high – yet another highly productive digital printing solution providing optimal versatility and flexibility for promotional products. It is possible to print a full 43.3” x 24” (1100 x 610 mm) area in two minutes using the X5.
The booth will also showcase the 2200-PS and B100 from Inkcups’ extensive range of pad printers. The 2200-PS is a two-color, sealed-cup printer with a pad shuttle feature that almost doubles the number of pad impressions compared to typical pad printers of this type. The B100 is a high speed, single-color pad printer suitable for printing on a wide variety of tagless garments including T-shirts and athletic wear. It is equally ideal for printing on promotional items such as silicone wristbands, napkins and candy tins. Inkcups will also demonstrate pad platemaking by the Cobalt 2000, an industry leading laser engraving system in terms of affordability and efficiency.
All of the above Inkcups systems can be seen live in action at the PSI Show, printing on various promotional products and give-away items.
