The ISA Learning Hub streamlines onboarding, closes skill gaps, and lets leaders assign, track, and measure training in one platform.

The International Sign Association has released an updated and refreshed ISA Learning Hub with content tailored to meet the industry’s most pressing needs. The launch also marks the debut of Signs 201, a new six-module course building upon learning from the popular Signs 101.

The ISA Learning Hub has several new enhancements:

  • New and refreshed courses are more interactive.
  • Knowledge quizzes ensure the learning sticks.
  • Select courses are available in Spanish for the first time, allowing employees to learn in their native language.

For leadership teams, the ISA Learning Hub simplifies onboarding and helps valued employees fill in knowledge gaps and achieve the next level of growth. Managers have the ability to add or remove team members, assign courses and track and benchmark progress within one system. The end result: measurable impact on a company’s productivity and business outcomes.

“We have listened to thousands of stakeholders in reimagining ISA’s Learning Hub and brought in experts in current learning trends,” said Lori Anderson, ISA president and CEO. “The result is more than 80 courses with industry-focused content to build real-world skills. We’ve also made it easier for company leaders and HR teams to monitor use, helping make the most of their investment of resources.”

The ISA Learning Hub features on-demand courses, allowing learners to go at their own pace, or companies to take advantage of down-time and bad weather days to keep their employees growing. An all-access pass makes learning more affordable for companies and individual learners.

“While we’re excited about the innovative changes we’ve made to the ISA Learning Hub, this is only the beginning,” said Sapna Budev, ISA’s vice president of education. “We are planning to add at least six more courses in 2025 and will translate our most utilized courses into Spanish. We also will launch new enhancements in the fall to dramatically expand the opportunities available to the industry.”

Signs 201 builds upon Signs 101, ISA’s most popular course. This six-module course, designed with input from industry leaders, explores different sign types, regulations, design principles, and more. Learners leave with a deeper understanding of how different variables in the lifecycle of sign fabrication and installation work to create effective and visually appealing signage. Modules can be purchased separately or as a package.
