Leading manufacturer of large-format finishing automation equipment, PLASTGrommet, will showcase a range of banner finishing automation technologies and media handling solutions at C!Print Madrid 2026, taking place from January 13th to 15th at IFEMA, Madrid, Spain. The company will exhibit on Booth D23.
All designed to boost efficiencies and reduce bottlenecks often found during the finishing stage of large-format print production, the range of technologies on show at C!Print will include the Evolve Air Welder featuring a brand new conveyor belt; the RollMax e-Lifter media roll lifter; BullRack MAX roll storage solution; and automatic eyelet presses.
A versatile welding solution, the Evolve Air Welder multi-purpose hot air welder enables hemming, pole pockets, tape welding, keder, and more, all at high speed. The addition of the new conveyor belt, which debuted at PRINTING United Expo 2025, works in synchronisation with the Evolve’s traction rollers, allowing for easier material handling with longer welds.
The RollMax e-Lifter is an electric lifter capable of loading media up to 450kg in weight and 5 metres in length with a cradle specifically designed to avoid marks and damage. Much like the Evolve Air Welder and conveyor belt, the RollMax e-Lifter streamlines production by enabling a single operator to load media, regardless of the weight and dimensions of the roll.
The BullRack MAX is PLASTGrommet’s most popular roll storage range and is designed for larger sized rolls up to 250mm.
Also on show on Booth D23 will be:
- Evolution press, a pneumatic and automatic eyelet machine for banners featuring a laser pointer for accurate setting
- Autocross press, an automatic eyelet press suitable for different types of materials and ideal for mid-size customers
- Compact Lifter, an entry-level media roll lifter for materials up to 125cm and 200kg
