William Smith to have dual presence at Sign & Digital UK

The William Smith stand (L36) will be segmented into two sections to cover live demonstrations of the latest vehicle wrapping and architectural decorative and special effect films.

The recently restructured William Smith Group 1832 will show a wide selection of sign and graphics and architectural interior décor and special effect materials on Stand L36 as well as promoting the sign manufacturing facilities it provides on a trade-only basis on the adjacent Stand L40.

The company is the leading UK trade-only stockist and distributor for a number of leading brands that include 3M, Avery Dennison, Arlon, VION and Cover Styl’.

The William Smith stand (L36) will be segmented into two sections to cover live demonstrations of the latest vehicle wrapping and architectural decorative and special effect films. For vehicle wrapping applications, key products to be demonstrated include 3M 1080, 180mC, 780mC and the non-PVC Envision 480 series, Arlon SLX and Avery Dennison Supreme, MPI 1105 and the PVC-free 1405 films, while for architectural and special effect applications the focus will be on 3M DI-NOC, Dichroic and Fasara glass-decorative, VION Décor and Dichroic and Cover Styl’ films.

On Stand L40, the recently formed Smith Sign & Display division will showcase the service and manufacturing capabilities available to the trade, with examples from an extensive portfolio of commercial signage.

William Smith will also promote the range of hands-on customer training courses now available via the William Smith Group Training Academy. Based in a new purpose-built facility at the company’s headquarters in Barnard Castle, County Durham, the Academy provides customer training course for leading brands such as 3M, Avery Dennison and Cover Styl’.
