New technologies bolster HP's offerings in the sign and display market
MADRID, Spain, 17 October 2008 - HP today announced the worldwide launch of three large format printing solutions: the HP Scitex FB7500 Printer, with piezoelectric X2 Printhead technology; the HP Designjet FB950 Printer a flatbed UV solution, and the HP Scitex TJ8550 Printer for high-speed production.
HP is participating in the High Production Inkjet Printing Future Forum at SGIA'08, a panel discussion with industry leaders on high-production inkjet and technological developments that allow for high-quality, high-speed inkjet imaging. The forum takes place on Oct. 16 from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. ET in room C-205 of the Georgia World Congress Center and will include Dr. Ross Allen, senior technology specialist, HP Imaging and Printing Group.
HP today announced that it will be showing its range of new wide format printers, on its stand (Pavilion 12·Stand 070) at VISCOM Sign España, 16 - 18 October, Feria de Madrid, IFEMA.
At the show HP will be launching its two latest printers, which address distinct market segments. Visitors to the stand can also see demonstrations of the new HP Scitex XP2300 Printer launched at VISCOM Paris, the new HP Designjet Z3200 Photo Printer launched at Photokina and for the first time in Spain, the HP Designjet L65500 Printer.
Roland DG UK, a leading manufacturer of wide-format technology, today confirmed the UK and European debuts of the newly released 30’’ VersaUV LEC-300, the world’s first ultra-violet (UV) printer/cutter, and the company’s latest 64’’ VersaArt RS-640 printer.
