Quality Print Services have added yet another brand new digital ink to its line-up for Sign and Digital UK: Nazdar LWU705 Series UV ink formulated specifically for HP FB500/700 printers.
Developed only this year, the new ink is both an exciting new addition to QPS's range and a potential game-changer for print businesses currently running the HP 250 Series ink set on their HP FB500/700 printers, as it offers the same high level of quality as OEM ink at a more affordable price point.
"Our customers who have switched to Nazdar digital inks have all reported saving significant amounts of money on consumables costs each month," says Chris Bailey, Managing Director of QPS. "This new LWU705 Series UV ink will be no different, while also offering Nazdar ink's inherent colour vibrancy, adhesion and durability."
Nazdar LWU705 Series UV ink is a plug-and-play, colour-matched alternative to HP FB 250 Series ink and can simply be installed when the OEM ink package is empty and avoids the need for custom profiles in most cases. It is suitable for both flexible and rigid applications, and demonstrates excellent resistance to edge chipping on the latter when used with a knife or router cutter. It also offers proven long-term performance on outdoor displays, with resistance to UV degradation and colour fade.
LWU705 Series is available in 3-litre boxes in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Light Cyan and Light Magenta and in 2-litre volumes in White. It can also be used in conjunction with any additional HP 250 Series colours or clear options.
"We booked our biggest ever Sign and Digital UK stand for this year's show – 72sqm – and we'll definitely need it, as exciting new products are being added to our line-up all the time," says Chris Bailey. "We'll be demonstrating a real variety of Nazdar inks on several different printers including, now, the HP. Our team will therefore be fully prepared to talk through all the consumables and hardware options available with visitors to our stand (L10)."
At Sign UK QPS will also be showing the new Nazdar 130 Series inks on a Mimaki JV300 wide-format inkjet solvent printer, promoted for the first time at FESPA Digital 2016; new Nazdar 203 Series inks, designed as a colour-matched alternative to Roland Eco Max 3 inks; new Nazdar 285 Series inks, matched to HP 792 series inks; and the Longier Hunter FR3750 energy-efficient and robust LED UV printer, also running Nazdar inks.
As a recently appointed reseller for Vivid Technologies, QPS representatives will also be offering show delegates information on the full range of Easymount wide-format film laminators and complementary films.
