From 21 to 24 April 2026, eurolaser GmbH will be exhibiting at Texprocess in Frankfurt am Main. At Hall 8.0, Stand D81, the company will showcase its CO₂ laser cutting system L-1200 with integrated conveyor system. The focus is on efficient, high precision solutions for processing technical textiles, ideally suited for demanding industrial applications.
Automated Roll-to-Roll Laser Cutting for Textiles
With the modular L-1200 system, eurolaser presents a powerful solution for contactless processing of textiles directly from the roll. The conveyor system is specially designed for tension-free feeding, preventing fabric distortion. The thermal laser process simultaneously produces sealed cutting edges, making it particularly suitable for synthetic materials.
The software-supported nesting function ensures optimal placement of cutting contours to minimise material waste and reduce production costs. Even complex geometries can be flexibly implemented without the need for tool changes.
Full-Surface Camera Scanning & Print Compensation
Another highlight is the camera recognition system POSITION+ professional. It scans the entire material surface and enables automatic print compensation for printed textiles. Distortions caused by stretching or shrinking can be digitally corrected to ensure precise contour alignment.
Integrated Laser Marking & RFID Labeling System
To support downstream production steps such as sewing, eurolaser offers a range of marking modules. For example, the Ink Marker enables contactless application of sewing markings. In addition, the Label Module can apply RFID labels for clear product identification and traceability throughout the production process. All marks and labels are applied during the cutting operation without any additional handling steps.

Thanks to a high degree of automation, low maintenance requirements and modular expandability, the system is particularly suitable for industries such as automotive, protective equipment, soft signage, medical technology, aerospace and industrial filtration.
