Web-to-print facilitator, OnPrintShop has recently launched version 12.3 with advanced print functionalities on (28th December 2025).
Prominent features introduced in this iteration include easy storefront login via OTP along with standard email and password login for B2C, Reseller, and Franchisee stores. Printers can offer customers a secure login experience via the enable/disable option for OTP login per store.
The quick design section has been optimised with the option to choose from multiple layouts. This feature in OnPrintShop’s advanced web-to-print software provides a smoother design experience for both printers and customers, enabling to reduce clicks and improve print personalisation.
Printers can utilise the feature to import multiple PDF block rules at once for reducing errors and time-to-go live. The automate recalculation of taxes for partial refunds allows printers to utilise the current tax rules for tax recalculating, reducing effort and errors.
The efficiency of managing print orders has been improved with the order filters like ‘Payment Status dropdown’ and a ‘Product filter’, enabling faster job routing and error-free production.
Version 12.3 includes support for files in LLMs.txt, helping you increase visibility in AI-driven search & answers and ensure correct citations.
Supports Pacdora, HubSpot Sync, and Smart Multi-Shipping
The new update also supports third-party integrations like Pacdora Designer Studio, product syncing of OnPrintShop with HubSpot, smart shipping with multi-shipments options for 4over and OnPrintShop products.
