HP Inc.’s print service providers (PSPs) are mobilizing industrial facilities worldwide to deliver print products and help in the global effort to battle the COVID-19 pandemic. Many PSPs are working with limited staff to adhere to health regulations, while retooling production lines to support the effort.
Resolve Business Management has today announced the launch of Global PrintExpo - the world’s first Virtual Exhibition and conference facility for the printing industry. In developing this creative and innovative concept, Show Directors Wayne Beckett and Chris Watson of RBM have utilised their long standing technical experience managing cloud based products as well as expertise in running large-scale printing industry exhibitions. The show will open in June 2020.
Completion of the process aimed at putting in place a new shareholding structure for Antalis with the signing of a binding put option agreement by Kokusai Pulp and Paper for the purchase of all the shares held by Sequana, Antalis’ majority shareholder, a share purchase agreement for the purchase of all the shares held by Bpifrance Participations, as well as a restructuring agreement with Antalis and the lenders of its existing syndicated credit facility. Upon completion of the announced transactions, Kokusai Pulp and Paper will launch a simplified cash tender offer on all remaining shares of Antalis.
