Discover Roland DG’s Latest Innovations at FESPA 2025
At FESPA Berlin 2025, Roland DG will present a wide range of advanced printing solutions designed to support a variety of industries.
The TrueVIS series will feature the newly launched XP-640 eco-solvent printer, VG3-640 eco-solvent printer/cutter, and LG-640 UVprinter cutter, known for their ability to produce stunning prints with exceptional colour accuracy, precision, and speed. These versatile machines are ideal for applications in signage, vehicle graphics, and other large-format print jobs, providing both high performance and reliability.
Roland DG will also showcase the latest in its VersaOBJECT range, including the MO-180, the LO-640, and the EU-1000MF UV flatbed printers. The MO-180, the most compact of the series, is a versatile direct-to-object UV printer, making it the ideal solution for creating custom products and promotional items. The new LO Series is the perfect solution for customising boards or objects up to 242 mm in height and even irregular 3D objects, meanwhile the EU-1000MF, Roland DG’s high-resolution flatbed printer, which delivers fast, high-quality prints on a variety of media is perfect for industrial applications.
For businesses in the textile and apparel sector, Roland DG will highlight the newly launched TY-300 direct-to-film (DTF) printer. This innovative solution delivers vibrant, high-quality prints with fast production speeds, making it ideal for custom garment printing. Engineered with True Rich Color 3 settings and OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT-certified S-PG2 inks, the TY-300 offers a cost-effective solution that supports businesses looking to grow in the custom apparel market.
Roland DG will also feature solutions from its VersaSTUDIO range, designed for small businesses and entrepreneurs. The compact BN2-20 printer/cutter and the BD-8 UV flatbed printer are both ideal for creating personalised products quickly and affordably, offering outstanding print quality in a space-efficient format. Visitors can experience these machines first hand, with the opportunity to create personalised golf balls, bottle openers and stickers on-stand, in collaboration with Antigro Designer.
In addition, the Dimensor-S, a unique textured printing solution, will be showcased, combining digital colour printing with dimensional embossing for stunning results in interior décor. Visitors can experience a live demonstration of this technology on-stand. On May 6-8 at 12:00 and 15:00 and on May 9 at 12:00, Roland DG’s DIMENSE Ambassador, Giovanni Re, will be offering Paintable Wallpaper Demonstrations, enabling visitors to discover how DIMENSE technology allows for the creation of stunning 3D textured wallcoverings ready to be hand-painted and how easy it is to turn walls into artistic canvases.
Inspiring Insights on Digital Printing and Personalisation
As part of the FESPA Personalisation Experience, Francisco Lozano, Product Manager EMEA, will deliver a talk titled “Dream it. Make it. Sell it.” – Personalisation and Business Opportunities with Digital Printing on Wednesday, 7th May at 11:30. In this session, Francisco will discuss how digital print technologies are opening new revenue opportunities for businesses, helping them to thrive in the era of personalisation. Attendees will gain insights into how to leverage customisation to drive customer engagement and create new business avenues.
Supporting Sustainable Practices with the FESPA Foundation
Roland DG is also proud to be part of the new FESPA Foundation initiative, aimed at promoting sustainability within the print industry. As part of this initiative, Roland DG has printed 80 postersahead of FESPA and will produce an additional 20 live on-stand during the event. These posters will be donated to educational environments in underprivileged communities, preventing valuable printed materials from going to waste and supporting educational outreach worldwide. This initiative aligns with Roland DG’s commitment to sustainability and its focus on creating a positive community impact.
