Konica Minolta and Connect Print have formed a UK partnership to deliver stronger production print solutions, support and ROI.

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd has announced a new partnership with Connect Print, the Reading-based specialist consultancy‑led print solutions provider, founded by industry experts Warren Beard, Paul Stead and Jason Bryant. The partnership brings together Konica Minolta’s market‑leading production print technologies with Connect Print’s deep expertise in solution design, commercial modelling and long‑term customer management.

With more than 75 years of combined industry experience, the Connect Print leadership team has built its business around four core pillars: technology, futures, service and support, and a commercial proposition – to deliver tangible long‑term customer value. Konica Minolta’s breadth of portfolio, proven production reliability and strong service ecosystem were key factors in the decision to partner.

From high‑performance digital cut‑sheet and fifth‑colour systems to industrial print, label production, inkjet, High Chroma, MGI digital embellishment technologies, and unique in-line finishing solutions, Konica Minolta’s offering now enables Connect Print to support an even wider range of high‑volume and specialist environments. This includes commercial print, direct mail, transactional print, and organisations transitioning from legacy litho or underperforming digital installations.

Stronger support for complex print environments

The partnership also strengthens Connect Print’s ability to take on larger and more complex customer environments, supported by Konica Minolta’s nationwide service infrastructure and specialist teams across labels, embellishment, inline finishing, and production workflow.

Warren Beard, Managing Director of Connect Print, said: “The message is simple, this partnership strengthens our ability to deliver reliable, commercially sound solutions, without changing who we are. We remain independent in our recommendations, focused on ROI, and fully accountable for the outcomes we deliver. Working with Konica Minolta just means we now have even more depth and capability behind us to support our customers long term.”

The partnership is also underpinned by long‑standing relationships between the teams – Connect Print and Konica Minolta personnel have worked together across the industry for more than two decades, creating a high level of trust, shared understanding and operational alignment.

Jon Hiscock, Head of Production and Industrial Print at Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd, also commented: “Connect Print brings an exceptional level of experience, credibility and customer understanding to the market. Their consultative approach, combined with our production portfolio and service capability, creates a powerful proposition for organisations across commercial print, public sector and corporate print rooms. We are delighted to welcome them as a partner.”

Looking ahead, Connect Print expects the partnership to accelerate its growth in high‑value production environments, including labels, MGI embellishment, and advanced inkjet systems. Both organisations will also collaborate on joint events, customer engagement programmes and market development initiatives throughout 2026.
