Agfa has expanded the Jeti Tauro family with the new H3300 HS, combining proven Tauro technology with greater flexibility and scalability.

Sign and display printers struggling with tighter margins and workforce gaps now have a clearer route into high-performance digital production as Agfa launches the Jeti Tauro H3300 HS.

Built in response to feedback from Tauro customers around the world, the H3300 HS incorporates technology and operational insight from across the Tauro family into Agfa’s six-row hybrid platform, giving ambitious printers an accessible, scalable and reliable starting point for growth.

Canadian retail display specialist Protagon Display Inc is the very first customer that decided to invest in this renewed Jeti Tauro H3300 HS. Victor Amarosi, President at Protagon Display Inc, said: “We chose the Jeti Tauro H3300 HS because we needed more agility, consistency and control. Agfa stood out for its ability to support both our current requirements and our future growth ambitions.”

Positioned as the entry point to the Jeti Tauro family, the H3300 HS is built on the same platform, ink system and service infrastructure as other Tauro presses. This delivers the reliability, consistency and long-term value that high-volume sign and display shops expect from Tauro, at a more accessible level.

High-end Tauro features reach entry-level model

The H3300 HS is available in four- or seven-colour configurations. The seven-colour version features a fully mirrored shuttle configuration, derived from the Jeti Tauro UHS and XUHS, bringing high-end Tauro image quality and consistency to the entry-level model. A stable ink supply supports the strong, punchy colours produced with Agfa’s Asanti HDR print modes.

Practical improvements make daily production easier for operators. A redesigned media-guide system allows for easy loading, while a second monitor enables the press to be controlled from either the front or the back.

Compatible with Agfa’s wider Tauro automation ecosystem, the Jeti Tauro H3300 HS enables print businesses to expand the level of automation as production requirements grow. The machine is also IoT-enabled, helping Agfa’s service organisation diagnose issues remotely, faster and more accurately.

Dieter Jancart, Segment Manager High-End Printing Systems at Agfa, said: “Having run more than 500 Tauro installations worldwide, we know that what matters most to our customers is reliability, consistency, and long-term value, and we are committed to providing these with all Agfa products. This evolution of the entry-level of our Jeti Tauro range builds on this commitment, giving ambitious print businesses a proven platform they can rely on as they scale on their own terms, with Agfa alongside them for the long haul. It further strengthens our portfolio of inkjet beasts, ensuring that every customer can find the right printing solution for their needs.”

The H3300 HS was revealed at a virtual launch event on 16 September 2026, where attendees heard first-hand how it can help them move more work through production, meet shorter turnaround times, and minimize manual intervention requirements.

The launch event for the new Tauro explored the challenges affecting wide-format printing today and explained how customer feedback influenced the press’ design. Speakers also demonstrated its principal enhancements and concluded with a live question-and-answer session so attendees could learn more about how the Jeti Tauro H3300 HS can support their business.
