HP will showcase its latest Latex printers, DesignJet technology and PrintOS Production Hub at The Print Show and The Sign Show 2026.

HP has announced it will showcase four machines from its HP Latex portfolio, alongside the HP DesignJet Z9+ and HP PrintOS Production Hub, at The Print Show and The Sign Show 2026.

Taking place from 29 September to 1 October in Hall 1 of the NEC Birmingham, The Sign Show will return for its second edition, following its successful launch in 2025. Once again co-located with The Print Show, visitors will have access to both events, allowing them to explore the latest in print and sign-making technologies.

HP exhibited at The Sign Show in 2025, where its large-format printing technology attracted significant interest from visitors. Building on this success, HP returns in 2026 with a range of live demonstrations showcasing its latest hardware and software solutions.

HP Latex hardware on show at The Print Show

A key highlight on the HP stand (S100), located at the front of Hall 1, will be the HP Latex 830W. Launched in May 2025, the printer delivers speeds of up to 36 sq m/hr in Outdoor mode and can handle materials up to 1.63m wide. Its white ink capability expands the range of applications print service providers (PSPs) can produce, including striking effects on a wider variety of substrates.

Elsewhere on the stand, visitors can see live demonstrations of the HP Latex 630W Print & Cut Solution, which combines high-quality white ink printing with a print-and-cut workflow for maximum versatility and efficiency. The printer delivers speeds of up to 14 sq m/hr in standard six-pass mode and supports media widths of up to 1.63m.

Paired with cutting technology, the HP Latex 630W solution enables the seamless production of a wide range of applications, including window graphics, vehicle graphics, stickers, decals, retail décor and wallcoverings. Its combination of productivity, precision and white ink capability makes it an ideal solution for sign makers and PSPs looking to expand their application offering and streamline production.

Also being shown is the HP Latex R530, HP’s compact all-in-one solution for printing on both rigid and flexible media. The printer offers speeds of up to 31 sq m/hr in Indoor mode and can handle media up to 1.6m wide and 5cm thick. This gives PSPs the flexibility to produce a wide range of rigid and flexible applications on a single system.

Completing the HP Latex line-up at the show will be the HP Latex FS60 printer. Delivering speeds of up to 162 sq m/hr, the 3.2m wide printer – with 10-litre ink tanks – is designed to maximise productivity and cost efficiency, while its modular, scalable architecture allows PSPs to configure the system to meet their evolving production requirements.

All solutions within the HP Latex portfolio run water-based HP Latex Inks, which have been designed to offer a lower environmental impact than traditional solvent-based alternatives.

Aside from HP Latex, visitors to the HP stand can view the HP DesignJet Z9+ printer. Designed for high-quality, photographic output, the printer offers speeds of up to 71 sq m/hr and is available in widths of 61cm and 112cm.

PrintOS Production Hub

HP’s presence at The Sign Show and The Print Show will extend beyond hardware, with the company also showcasing its HP PrintOS Production Hub. A section of the stand will be dedicated to the cloud-based production management tool, giving PSPs the opportunity to discover how it can help them manage jobs, monitor production and track the performance of their print operation from a central platform.

HP will also feature a wide selection of high-quality printed applications, demonstrating both the capabilities of HP’s technology and the breadth of sectors it can serve. HP specialists will be available throughout the shows to discuss the solutions on display, answer questions and provide insight into how HP’s wider portfolio can support different production requirements.

“The Sign Show and The Print Show provide a great opportunity for us to demonstrate the breadth of solutions HP offers sign makers and PSPs,” said Colin Easton, UK&I Large Format Print Country Lead at HP.

“From the latest additions to our HP Latex portfolio through to the HP DesignJet Z9+ and HP PrintOS Production Hub, we look forward to showing visitors how our technology can help them increase productivity, broaden their application capabilities and manage their print operations more efficiently.”

Attendees considering an upgrade to the HP Latex 630, 730 or 830, as well as the HP Latex R530 all-in-one printer, can take advantage of a limited-time trade-in offer.

For orders invoiced between 1 September and 9 October 2026, existing solvent, UV or Latex printers can be traded in for up to £5,000 towards a new HP Latex printer, subject to availability and while stocks last.
