Perfect Colours awarded Xerox Graphics Communications Reseller Gold Status

Perfect Colours Gold Award

Perfect Colours is proud to announce that its Xerox Graphics Communications Reseller status has been advanced from Silver to Gold on the basis of outstanding performance in 2016. This was achieved by its continued programme of investment in people and training with the support of Xerox Partner Print Services, enabling Perfect Colours to offer customers the most comprehensive range of business solutions for their office print management.

Major wins for Perfect Colours and Xerox that have contributed to the company’s success include a Managed Print Services contract with eBay. This consists of 144 devices across 19 countries, resulting in significant revenue and profits for Perfect Colours and substantial business benefits for the customer. eBay’s EMEA IT Manager David Dunne comments: “Working with Perfect Colours and Xerox to drive a professional, consistent and cost effective managed print environment with a new fleet of Xerox devices across EMEA has exceeded our expectations.”

As well as the eBay deal, the company has increased contracts with numerous EMEA companies to become the largest Xerox Graphic Communications Reseller in the UK. Perfect Colours has also worked with many businesses in its home area of wide-format print, thereby creating a start-to-finish office environment that includes all of their printed output, including logistics and job tracking.

Managed Print Services with Perfect Colours provides a number of benefits to customers, categorised by a three-stage method. Perfect Colours will help companies assess and optimise current working strategies to improve cost management and sustainability. Security and integration are the next phase, providing essential security for devices, documents and mobile workers. Then, processes are automated and simplified to increase productivity and offer insight to resolve problematic business processes.

Perfect Colours has seen this solution deliver cost and efficiency reductions reaching up to 30%. “The partnership between Perfect Colours and Xerox means we have the technology, resources and experience to make a difference,” explains Perfect Colours’s Divisional Director Mark Day. “After a thorough assessment of your office printing environment, we explain cost gaps and make recommendations to help businesses achieve fast, memorable results. Consolidating core processes across the fleet – not just Xerox devices – eliminates hidden expenditure, such as support calls, IT interventions and costs associated with consumables.”

In its citation, Xerox praised Perfect Colours for always selling on values and benefits, giving customers advice and intuitive ways of working with hardware and software solutions. Day adds: “Perfect Colours has achieved this Gold Status by making substantial investments in both training and software tools which enables us to exceed our customers’ requirements. It’s all about offering Managed Print Services to take the pain away from the customer – we can manage their whole fleet of devices while reducing their costs significantly.”

Maintaining accreditation and Gold status means an ongoing commitment to investment and training. Perfect Colours says that it will continue to build its Managed Print Services business to achieve Platinum status.
