William Smith is supporting the launch of a new loyalty programme from Avery Dennison designed to reward professional vehicle wrapping and paint protection film specialists.
The Avery Dennison PPF Club will allow professional vehicle wrapping and paint protection film installers, applicators and converters to earn points for every square metre of eligible paint protection film they fit to cars and other vehicles. They can then exchange those points for tools, training and industry experiences.
The scheme applies to all purchased Avery Dennison Paint Protection Films in the SPF series.
The idea is simple. The more film an installer fits, the more points they build up.
Installers can log their purchases through a digital platform that works on phones and laptops. Points can then be redeemed for professional tools, accredited training and branded workwear. The rewards also include invitations to selected motor show events.
The aim is to recognise the day-to-day work of vehicle wrapping and PPF specialists and encourage repeat use of the Avery Dennison brand across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa.
Lindsay Hutchinson, Head of Marketing at William Smith Group 1832 says the scheme gives something practical back to the people fitting the film.
“The PPF Club is a new loyalty programme that is going to be released by Avery Dennison. I’ve seen an online demo of it and it is fantastic. It is simple to use and it genuinely rewards installers for the work they are already doing every day. Every metre they fit can now count towards tools, training or experiences that help grow their business,” says Lindsay.
Helping installers maximise programme benefits
For distributors such as William Smith, the programme is about making it easy for installers to take part and benefit from the rewards available.
Installers can register their installations through the programme’s digital platform, allowing them to build points based on the film they fit.
William Smith’s team will support customers who want to take part in the scheme and ensure they understand how to make the most of the rewards available. Installers who would like more information about the programme can contact the company for guidance.
