printIQ, a leading provider of intelligent, cloud-based Management Information System (MIS) solutions for the print industry, has appointed Dean Anderson and Jeremy Hall as Business Growth Managers, reinforcing the company’s commitment to its UK and wider EMEA expansion strategy ahead of FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 in Barcelona this May.

Between them, Dean and Jeremy bring more than 30 years of print industry experience, careers that began not in sales offices, but on production floors and within design studios. That practical grounding gives both a firsthand understanding of the operational pressures print businesses face, and the credibility to have meaningful conversations about where technology can genuinely make a difference.

The appointments come at a pivotal moment for the print sector. Demand for smarter, more connected operational platforms is accelerating as businesses look to move beyond traditional MIS functionality towards what the industry is increasingly recognising as Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) — intelligent, AI-driven environments in which automated agents manage and optimise workflows in real time, with minimal manual intervention. For print businesses, this shift represents a significant opportunity to reduce operational friction, improve decision-making, and build production environments that are genuinely adaptive and scalable. printIQ’s platform development is firmly aligned with this direction of travel.

Dean Anderson — Business Growth Manager

Dean Anderson joins printIQ having spent his career helping print organisations evaluate and implement MIS and workflow solutions that drive business growth and operational control. Starting out within production environments, he brings practical knowledge of print manufacturing alongside extensive experience supporting commercial printers with automation, workflow optimisation, and process improvement. That combination of hands-on and commercial expertise positions him well to help customers navigate the transition towards more connected and intelligent print operations.

Jeremy Hall — Business Growth Manager Jeremy Hall brings deep experience across web-to-print, MIS, workflow automation, and system integration, underpinned by a career that began within a design studio and production environments. Over more than three decades, Jeremy has helped print businesses modernise legacy workflows, improve platform connectivity, and build scalable processes that support both daily operational efficiency and longer-term growth. His close understanding of how print businesses actually work, from the shop floor outwards, ensures that the solutions he recommends are grounded in operational reality.

Chris Pack, General Manager UK, commented:

“We are seeing real momentum from print businesses across the UK and Europe looking to modernise their systems and remove the disconnected processes that hold them back. What makes Dean and Jeremy different is that they genuinely understand print from the inside; they have both lived and worked through the kind of operational challenges our customers are trying to solve. That experience, combined with their technology knowledge, means they can have the right conversations at the right level. It’s a powerful combination.”

John Alden, CEO, added:

“The print industry is at an inflection point. Businesses are looking beyond conventional MIS platforms towards more intelligent, connected operational ecosystems — ones where automation, AI, and real-time data work together to remove friction and support better decision-making. Our UK team expansion is an important part of our broader European growth strategy, and both Dean and Jeremy are exactly the right people to be having those conversations with customers as the industry continues to evolve.”
